 Cost of Recordable Media: Blank DVD-R:$ 15.00, Blank CDRs:$ 1.00

Studio Policies & Terms and Conditions

 Setup Time and Breaks
Setup time and breaks will be billed at the agreed upon hourly rate. The owner/and or engineer will break for 15 minutes every 2 hours to alleviate ear fatigue, and will take one 30-minute meal break every 4 hours. All this time is on the clock.

 Smoking
There is no smoking inside the building or the studio.

 Trash
Please be considerate about leaving trash around the waiting room/lounge, kitchen and the studio. You will be expected to clean up all any mess that you make. Please remove all trash and recyclables when you leave the studio and premises.

 Use of Alcohol and Illegal Substances
No illegal substances or weapons are allowed on the property. Any behavior deemed unprofessional by the studio owner of artist, artist’s guests or crew while under the influence of any substance will result in immediate termination of this agreement. Please get permission to consume alcoholic drinks in studio.

 Equipment
You are liable for any and all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay, or intoxication to both your own equipment and the studio's. You will be solely liable for all equipment broken under these circumstances. We are not responsible for your equipment or persons in any way.

 Guests and Visitors
Up to 2 artists and two guests (people not playing an instrument). Please inform your guests to not be a distraction to the session. If your guests are disruptive to the session, they will be asked to leave to the waiting room/lounge. You are responsible for any and all damage caused by clumsiness, horseplay, or intoxication caused by your guests.
